Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services: Our power washing services encompass the cleaning and restoration of various surfaces, including but not limited to, residential exteriors, commercial buildings, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and fences.
2. Service Agreement: By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined herein. Any modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Service Schedule: We will work with clients to establish a mutually agreeable service schedule. While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment malfunctions may impact service dates.
4. Access and Preparation: Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the areas requiring power washing and for removing any obstacles or debris that may hinder our work. Any fragile or valuable items in the vicinity should be relocated or adequately protected by the client prior to our arrival.
5. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, or electronic transfer. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
6. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our team and property during our services, clients acknowledge that power washing inherently involves some degree of risk. We will not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, pre-existing surface defects, structural weaknesses, or adverse weather conditions.
8. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for disclosing any pertinent information about the surfaces to be cleaned, including known vulnerabilities or previous treatments. Additionally, clients are advised to inform us of any special instructions or requirements relevant to the job.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction. If clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we will work diligently to address their concerns and rectify the situation to the best of our ability.
10. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of our services.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brevard County, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brevard County.
